Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Conditions:
- Item unworn, unwashed, undamaged
- Original tags present
- Original packaging kept

Hygiene: the following items cannot be returned (unless defective): underwear, swimwear, piercing/pierced jewelry, unwrapped intimate products.

How to return:
1. Send us an email at contact@2much.fr with your order number and the reason for the return
2. We will respond within 48 business hours with a Chronopost return label in PDF
3. Print the label, stick it on your package, drop it off at any Pickup Point
4. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days

Return costs: return costs are at your expense and will be deducted from the refund (between €5.90 and €32.90 depending on your country).

Exceptions: for a defective item or an item not conforming to your order, return costs are at OUR expense (full refund, shipping costs included).

Legal period: in accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal without stating a reason.
