SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after 
payment confirmation.


SHIPPING DAYS

We ship orders Tuesday through Thursday.

In August, shipments will be less frequent due to the 
summer holiday period. Please allow extra time if you 
place an order during this month.


DELIVERY OPTIONS AND TIMES

All our shipments are delivered to a Chronopost Pickup 
Relais (no home delivery). You will choose your preferred 
Pickup Relais location at checkout.

- Mainland France: 3 to 5 business days
- European Union: 2 to 7 business days
- Switzerland: 2 to 7 business days


SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees vary depending on the destination country 
and are calculated automatically at checkout. The exact 
amount will be displayed in your cart before you confirm 
the order.

Free shipping for orders over €50 to most European 
destinations (Switzerland is not eligible for this offer).


TRACKING

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as 
your package is dispatched.


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please 
contact us at contact@2much.fr within 14 days of the 
expected delivery date. We will work with Chronopost to 
resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund.
